OPERATION

• Design. The Jetsetters by Dana A young creative team, under the guidance and experience of our designer is always ready to bring various trends from around the world and translate them into the particularities of knitwear. At the same time, we are ready to accommodate our customer's requirements and specific needs and fully collaborate with their own design teams; 

• Technical Documentation. Upon receiving your order, we shall assist with all Tech Pack including fitting samples for final approval in all size ranges: Petite, Missy and Plus, as well as all graded specs and patterns for production;

• Yarns and Materials. We source our yarns and focus on man-made fibers due to their high performance, care, wearability and durability, which we use to create our own knits in a multitude of patterns, colors and yarn blends;

• Knitting Machines. Our machinery varies from 18gg circular to 7gg and 10gg flat knit machines, offering a wide range of stitches, such as Pointelles, Crochets, Ribs, Intarsia, Jacquards in flat knit and Single Jersey, Interlock, Ponti, Tubular Jacquards in cut-and-sewn circular;

• Production. We prepare the production process from start to finish with production flux follow-ups and self-audit, to ensure the fastest and best quality of production;

• Quality Control. We assure thorough quality control in each stage of production, followed by 100% quality control of finished garments and at least a 10% random inspection of the lot upon delivery effected by our QCD. We welcome III-rd party inspections by appointed QC providers; 

• Packaging and Delivery. Our products are individually folded on carton or tissue paper and flat-packed in poly bags. Depending on customer’s requests and specifics of transportation we can supply various types of master cartons. We deliver the finished product anywhere across the globe; 

• Assistance. The Jetsetters by Dana A is always ready to assist with any questions or demands in the area of knitwear. Our team offers technical support around the clock for all our customers near and far, and we are delighted to answer any queries at any moment.

• Affordable Fashion. The Jetsetters by Dana A is committed to provide its customers with a product that combines fashion and quality at a competitive price and due to the vertical structure of our operation and in-house services we carefully manage all production costs; 

• All sizes. Our products are available in all size ranges: Petite, Missy and Plus and are subject to separate fittings on models representative of each size range;

• Customization. The Jetsetters by Dana A team is trained to also cater to its customer's particular requirements, within our area of expertise and technical capabilities. Additional charges may apply for special requests.

TERMS

• Prices. Prices are available upon request per individual items or total looks as shown in our collections;

• Conditions of Delivery. All prices are to be understood ExW Romania. DDP shall be quoted depending on country of destination;

• Minimums. Orders can be placed for a minimum of 200 pieces per item. Additional charges for below minimum orders;

• Production Lead Time. 6-8 weeks from confirming your order with all approved technical details.

• Logistics. In terms of logistics, our team is well versed in the Rules and Regulations of International Trade. Having done business on 4 continents (North America, Europe, Australia and Asia) we can handle deliveries across the globe via land, air and sea.
